Took forever for just an oil change and tire rotation. Clearly you book multiple people at once or within too short timeframes. Was even confirmed by one of your team members that it doesn’t work. And forget about texting them and getting a response. Had to go hunt someone down. The waiting room was fine, internet sufficient for me to work while I waited. It all seemed clean. Overall experience for what I was there for- 2 stars. More
Your application provided to track the progress on my car, failed. The app never showed any movement from the time I checked in. Also, no update from Leo, letting us know what is going with the car. Leonel Osorio, was our representative. I called around 2:00 and left 2 messages for a status on my car. no return call. My husband called around 3:00 and finally spoke with Leo. Leo then advised him we would have to return to have the vaporizer installed. My husband (Charles) advised Leo, we live in Labelle and cannot run back and forth. At that time Leo, advised Charles he could have the car done by 5:30 same day. Leo, called me at 4:30 to pick up my car, which was miraculously done. The inside of the windshield was greasy from head marks, at least to the best of my knowledge hair or skin will cause such grease marks. It is with much disappointment to send such a review. Great service the only one improvement would be, while your making appointment you are asked what the problem is. The service advisor should give you approximate time the repair should take in my case it your making appointment you are asked what the problem is. The service advisor should give you approximate time the repair should take in my case it was 5 hrs. That way you would have someone come with you to take you home. More
