Absolutely unacceptable. What should have been an easy blend door actuator repair they made into changing the evaporator and damaging the heater core. Pickup my Sonata and on the light for Metro and Colonial there was hot coolant leaking down into the cabin onto my foot on the gas pedal. Endangering and negligence of making sure the car was ok before delivering it. Is it not procedure to test drive a vehicle after changing out any part? Doesn’t matter if mechanical or AC but it needs to be test driven to make sure everything is ok? Not only that but after fixing the heater core they did not even make the attempt to clean up the coolant that dumped into the cabin. Have video proof of everything so if i'm not contacted to make things right i will make it a more serious issue. Endangered not only my life but others on the road as I was driving when the hot coolant started to leak onto my foot. More

had to go in twice to have a fuse changed. I got a nice credit card application to take home with me, in spite of the fact I had 28k miles on the like new car. I had to reschedule the actual work. When I did get the work done, I was left in the waiting room until closing time and had to go and ask if my car was ready. An hour and forty five minutes to change a fuse. I hope to never return to this dealership again. More

Service agent said that it would take about an hour to complete service repair. 90 minutes went by and I had to go and find him to ask why it was taking so long. About 3 hours later I called to find out what was going on. I asked for my rep and all I got was his voicemail, nobody else there could help me. I needed my car for an appointment that afternoon. I got a ride to the dealership and my car was sitting there ready to go. Very poor communication with me regarding the situation with my car. More
