My service advisor that I had for this visit, Aly, had great customer service. I am annoyed with the fact that I had brought my car in two previous times within a month and both times had a full inspectio great customer service. I am annoyed with the fact that I had brought my car in two previous times within a month and both times had a full inspection, it showed on my receipt but yet when I go the third time to see why my car was shaking again a month later after purchasing a new rim because that was the problem prior, I was given a list of $1800 worth of problems that I was not given my other 2 times going in. Nor was I specifically told what was making my car shake. Just handed this list of problems. More
I brought my car in to have some recall items fixed. When I picked up the car, the radiator cap was left off and the car overheated. He did not return my call the next day so I called him several times the next morning and he did not answer. I then spoke to someone at the main number and was told that they would personally give him the message. When he finally called back I told him I needed someone to bring me a radiator cap and antifreeze. He said he would have to talk to someone and would get back to me within an hour. When he did not call back, I again called and spoke to a manager, Tyler (I think he said his last name was Rodriguez). He could not have been nicer and more apologetic. He offered to personally drive to my home and bring the cap and antifreeze which he did within an hour. He refilled the radiator for me and left me his personal cell number in case there were any problems. Unfortunately, there were. Later that afternoon the car again began overheating but I was able to get it home. When I opened the hood, the coolant in the reservoir was literally boiling. I called Tyler back and explained the situation. He then arranged for a tow truck to pick up the car and bring it back to the dealership where it is now. More
