Usually good service and timely, however my most recent service was disappointing. Despite having an appointment adequately on line, and told the wait would be 2 hours for what needed to be done, I checke service was disappointing. I was told they would try to look at it asap and have it done in 30 minutes. It was ready 1-1/2 hour later. That was the first time I had disappointing service, generally my car gets looked at and returned in the time indicated. More
I have visited the Hyundai Service Center twice since purchasing my vehicle on Friday, June 6, 2025—first to address a slow tire leak and to request the installation of a USB port. On Saturday, June 7, I purchasing my vehicle on Friday, June 6, 2025—first to address a slow tire leak and to request the installation of a USB port. On Saturday, June 7, I spent over four hours at the Service Center but was informed that I needed to schedule an appointment specifically for the USB port installation. I scheduled that appointment for Saturday, June 14, 2025, and arrived promptly at 8:00 AM. Upon checking in, I informed the Service Representative that I was there for the USB port installation and that the tire still had a leak. I was told the service would take approximately two hours. When I returned around 10:10 AM, I was informed that the USB port installation required approval from the Sales department, the part had not yet been ordered, and I would need to return again. Additionally, I was told that my car key had been misplaced and staff were actively looking for it. After spending more than six hours at the Service Center, no service had been completed on my vehicle. As of today, Monday, June 16, the tire still leaks, and the USB port remains uninstalled. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of communication, coordination, and service I have experienced so far. I would appreciate prompt follow-up to resolve these outstanding issues. More
Bought a new Hyundai Santa Fe, that i overpaid for, with 3 year -36,000 mile oil change and tire rotation service. Took it in at 32,000 miles and 2.3 years....was told by Darren that I already used my 4 complimentary service offers. When I advised I was never told there was a service limit... he said, well if you were mechanically inclined you would know that you didn't need one between 13 and 16k. I told him I only came because your dealership sent me an email saying I was due. He said oh, well we send those every 4 months. Then they wanted me to complete another $750.00 in maintenance that probably costs 300 to do myself or take to more reputable local establishments. More

I just have a hard time understanding how I had about 200$ in parts and 1500$ in labor!! My reps were very nice I just can’t wrap mi head around the service cost . Taking our shop car in for a recall the service drive was very disorganized I had five people look at me and then someone said go in there. When we went inside where the service advisors are we stood there very disorganized I had five people look at me and then someone said go in there. When we went inside where the service advisors are we stood there and no one helped us. Finally I said excuse me I have an appointment to drop our car off. Once a advisor looked up our information he was very helpful. Michael Pino was very nice and took car of me and he kept me informed about the recall. The car was there for two days I believe and Michael Pino contacted me I think four times. Again the Service drive was a mess but the service advisor was very good. More
