So when you called to let me know that I asked for a price said he didn’t have a price but called me back two minutes later to let me know it’d be 1500$ (absolutely ridiculous btw) so of course i said no So i come pick up the truck and you charge me 231$ to tell me the same thing I told you originally! How is that not a sham??? Also included in that 231 was shop supplies…he barely touched my vehicle what shop supplies did he use???? ripoff but it’s okay I’m going to make sure everyone knows More

The Service Advisor did a good job providing me with updates on my car. Because they had to order parts it would take a few days. I was told that I could get a loaner car, but after seven calls I was fi updates on my car. Because they had to order parts it would take a few days. I was told that I could get a loaner car, but after seven calls I was finally told there were no cars available. The person in charge of loner cars was off property and no one knew that. Better communication between the car loner person and the Service Department would be helpful to the Customer. More
The service advisor Jonathan was great and helpful. However, I went in for a standard oil change, tire rotation and filter change. It was an 1 1/2 hours before I was even advised my inspection had been However, I went in for a standard oil change, tire rotation and filter change. It was an 1 1/2 hours before I was even advised my inspection had been completed and what services were recommended. After I selected what services I wanted I received a phone call I needed a tire I had a "bubble" in one of mine. Which was fine. It took almost another hour to find out if there was a tire in stock and the cost. I ended up being there for almost 5 hours, which to me seemed excessive. Unfortunately, I had no choice but to wait.
