I have asked several times on several visits to have my tires rotated and they just don't do it. This is a service that I paid for in my maintenance contract. They always have an excuse. I discovered in April of 2024 when I bought my 2013 Santa Fe, it had a recall that was not taken care of. I called and scheduled a recall fix for November when I would be back in Florida.... when I came for Fe, it had a recall that was not taken care of. I called and scheduled a recall fix for November when I would be back in Florida.... when I came for the fix, I was told that the latest print out showed them no recall necessary. I went on line and saw that the car still needed the recall fix. I called Service and after profuse apoligies they rescheduled for this morning, November 29 ... when I showed up I was informed that part had still not been ordered. The girl working with me , Jasmine, apologized again and was clearly embarrassed, we rescheduled a third visit for when I am back in January, she showed me the work order paper work with part ordered underlined. Very positive reviews for Jasmine.... not so for the boobs answering the phones. More

I signed documents on OCTOBER 26, 2024, for a 2012 Mercedes-Benz ML350. The engine light was on and the sales rep Tyler Lewis insisted and swore up and down that it was just for an oxygen sensor, and Mercedes-Benz ML350. Fast forward to today, DECEMBER 1ST! I STILL don't have the car back. I drove it a total of about 40 miles on my own time, the rest of the miles were going back to the dealership as the engine light continued to come on for various reasons. The dealer replaced the low pressure fuel pump and when I got the car back, I filled it up with gas. There is now an unbelievable gas smell in and outside the vehicle. As unsafe as this was, the sales manager made me drive the car back to them (43 miles) while it was leaking fuel somewhere. Their attempt to fix THIS issue made the car worse. Now, for several other engine light codes, I am in a loaner vehicle and I am STILL WAITING for car I signed the documents for almost 6 WEEKS AGO! I am only glad that I made sure they put in writing that they would repair the vehicle to full, correct operating condition. I am about to make my 1st payment (45 days after signing) and I am still driving a car that I didn't buy. I tried to reach my sales rep for status but his response was that he's no longer involved and that I need to work with management. I sold cars once and NEVER did I turn my customers away when they needed my help. They put the cart before the horse, and they were dishonest about the vehicle's condition at the time of sale and delivery. More
Service advisor was very patient when he was told I had a coupon that he wasn't aware of. We found the guy who took it when I made the appointment and he stoll had it.
