Service done half day instead of full day. Provided Uber -thank you . Unfortunately American Glass professionals you have partnered with to fix windshields is NOT a good company. No process for insurance claims and very bad reviews so I had to cancel them. They answer phone as Hyundai but in no way as professional as Hyundai. Strongly recommend you END your partnership with them.!! More
Service dept is absolutely horrible I made an appt at 7:30am and it took them 3 hours to do my oil change and didn’t even get to fix my Bluetooth update as they never started they waited until after 10:3 7:30am and it took them 3 hours to do my oil change and didn’t even get to fix my Bluetooth update as they never started they waited until after 10:30am to ask me if I was okay waiting another 3/4 hours for Bluetooth to be completed I don’t have 6/7 hours to waste at a dealership this service dept needs to do better why didn’t they start my car at 7:30am when my appt was scheduled for they told me my appt time doesn’t mean anything when it comes to them working on my car. If I buy a vehicle from a dealership i expect great top notch service as I did purchase vehicle from you guys absolutely the most horrible experience More
Waited ten minutes in service bay and nobody came out. When I went inside looking for help, about 6 people were standing there watching me but nobody came to greet me. Waiting area chairs looked like they were torn up by cat claws, coffee splashed all over the floor and the front of the cabinets that had been there quite a while.
