Way more words than 15 to explain my displeasure in the service. Brought my car in to have a horn replaced asked to please check the left rear tire as it was continuously losing air. Also asked to check service. Brought my car in to have a horn replaced asked to please check the left rear tire as it was continuously losing air. Also asked to check the starter because when I tried to start the car, there is a pause and then it goes. Service got too busy to call, and didn’t respond until the next day let me know the car was ready Only because I have the extended warranty and had to pay the deductible was I able to keep replacing a horn under $500? Comment was the way they design now upside down they sometimes fail. I indicated I thought that was very poor engineering then what about the tire? The answer was oh we put air didn’t check anything else He asked if he could take it back in the shop and check it out again now The car tire had a nail in it and had to be repaired at another shop at another time Not one comment regarding the starter what was going on there? Three different preventative maintenance that you would recommend that had nothing to do with the problem More

Chloe was AMAZING! I have had a lot of trouble with this facility & I had to take it in for a recall. If it was my choice, I would’ve gone somewhere else. I came in for an oil change and tire rotation, I was met at my Vehicle By Chloe introducing herself very professionally, asked I could get my service and she advised it would be 1.5 hours, I agreed and was at my Vehicle By Chloe introducing herself very professionally, asked I could get my service and she advised it would be 1.5 hours, I agreed and was escorted to her desk my vehicle was written up and was then taken to the waiting area she pointed out the coffee and snacks, I was waiting Chloe keep me informed at all times, when my vehicle was ready Chloe came and escorted me to her computer and proceeded to explain the upsells at which time I explained, I had already purchased the parts and would be installing them later that day , she finished the paperwork and escorted me to my vehicle, I will be making this dealer as my dealer and will be back to see Chloe again, the service was completed in less time than I was told , I will recommend this dealer to all, More
