Finance department straight up lied to me. My sales agent was great and customer service meets industry standards. My only gripe was the auto pay enrollment for the auto loan on my car. Apparently, they set you up with a third party service named "AutoPay Plus". They charge you an additional $400 that they tac onto your monthly payments. Luckily you can cancel before your first auto payment and enroll directly with your loan provider. More
