Hyundai of Ft. Myers - Service Center

I had a 9:30 appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. Because my car is approaching 30k miles Robinson told me the service tech would inspect and in form me of recommendations. Starting at 11:30 I tried contacting the service writer for an update. After 4 calls without reaching Robinson I had a 1:00 pm appt. After my appointment I went to the dealership at 2:15 to check. While pulling into the lo Robinson told me the recommendations stating he had tried to contact me by email with the up date. The oil change had be done and I could not wait for further service. I paid and left checking my emails when home and all I had received was a notification my car was done. All that was done was the oil change no wheel rotation like the coupon I had. Extremely disappointing! More

Staff were nice, however explaining to me that it costs 90 dollars for an air filter??? Went in for the 15,000 mile warranty service.
