Feel like I was ripped off. I was told a price of 155 out the door, then when I was checking out it turned into 189. When I asked why, he said he forgot to add in the tax. When I asked about another issue, he told me to schedule an appointment to evaluate the issue and that would cost around 190. I told him to forget it. More
This service center is slow, has the worst communication I’ve ever experienced, and overcharges for repairs (even compared to retail car service shops). We had an appointment for Tuesday morning. Didn’t I’ve ever experienced, and overcharges for repairs (even compared to retail car service shops). We had an appointment for Tuesday morning. Didn’t get the car back until Friday afternoon. Zero communication from the dealership. The online repair tracking system did not work. Finally received a quote email Wednesday afternoon. No call from the advisor. No text. I just happened to catch it in my email. I the. Approved the repairs via the online system. Then another day with no communication. I called the dealership six times. I could not get through to a human. They kept transferring me to a callback system and no one called back. The people answering the phones could not give me status. They could look up anything about my car. They just kept transferring me into the ether. I kept checking the online system and it hadn’t changed the status since the first day. They won’t let you talk to a manager. They just keep sending you to voicemail or call back system. When all was said and done, something that should have been handled by end of next business day took five days, at a private that was $200.00 more than Firestone would have charged me to fix it next day. Lesson learned. More
