The friendly employee controlled my Vehicle Identification Number VIN. It did not match with appointment made by Artificial Intelligence AI. AI made appointment for another VIN with 100000 mile Identification Number VIN. It did not match with appointment made by Artificial Intelligence AI. AI made appointment for another VIN with 100000 miles. My vehicle is new and has 8000miles. I am so thankful for that intelligent employee who found solution for mistakes of AI. More

Three times this month I brought my 2019 Hyundai Santa Fe in to correct an "ENGINE LIGHT" problem. The first time I was told vacuum problem "Make sure the gas cap is tight. The second time I was told it was in to correct an "ENGINE LIGHT" problem. The first time I was told vacuum problem "Make sure the gas cap is tight. The second time I was told it was a transition problem and they had to order a part. The third time they said I needed a new battery. Each time after service within a few days the "ENGINE LIGHT" went back on. I honestly am surprised Hyundai has been a good car for me until now. I was thinking about buy-ing another Hyundai but not now. More
I purchased a used vehicle. The skid plate had a crack in it so I ordered the skid plate through the service department with my sales person and they were going to put it on and The skid plate had a crack in it so I ordered the skid plate through the service department with my sales person and they were going to put it on and salesman and I was told one hour it ended up was going to be a three hour job so I took the skid plate home and then I decided I’m just gonna get my money back for the skid plate and leave it like it is for now. They were very helpful when returning it to the service department I think his name was Lee, but they’re very, very polite and very helpful More
The work on my car was great my only complaint is The service person Chloe was more interested in my husband than speaking to me about my car. It was if I didn’t exist.
