Made appointment for for recall, was assured they have the part. We sat for an hour and a half then was told they don’t have the part so come back in a few days. I waited outside for 15 min on arrival and saw advisors looking at me through the window but no one came out to greet me. I went inside and spoke with Emilio (service manager) who showed me a stack of pape looking at me through the window but no one came out to greet me. I went inside and spoke with Emilio (service manager) who showed me a stack of paperwork, stated he was very busy but would be out in a few minutes. I waited 5-10 more minutes before anyone came out. Service area waiting room seats were filthy. First day of service my driver side door was scratched in 2 places. Emilio was my service advisor and was training a young man. Emilio did not do all the work I requested and he did not tell me the cost prior to doing the work. I thought I was still under the free maintenance warranty when I came in. Found out after that I was not. He stated I had no warranties on my vehicle but I did purchase a 10 year extended warranty within about 2 weeks. Tires were rotated in a clockwise circle around car rather than front to back or in a X pattern. Because I had to have scratch fixed I had to bring my vehicle back the following morning. I received a loaner. Staff was all very nice and professional this day. Luis explained maintenance warranties. Luis was very helpful. Jeff S. was super helpful and took time to discuss everything I had concerns with. The following day I was called to say paint job to car, tires rotated and multi point inspection was finished. I picked it up and also got my copy of my warranty back. Staff was all very polite and helpful esp. Bishopy. If I had been treated the first day as I was treated the following two days I would have been very happy with your dealership. More
Service department was clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, the recall part I was there to have installed was not available and had to be ordered. The service was horrific. I’ve attempted to talk to the service manager. No one will put me in touch with that person.
