Checked in at 10:15 for an appointment, agree on a diagnosis. Came back after 2 hours , the car didn't move. Came back after 2 more hours Chloe is telling me that the car is working on. I scheduled my car for an oil/filter change. Upon arriving there was a long wait to check in as there was a line up. After finding my car in the lot, I discovered it was blocked in by another vehicle that had left there, in the driving area, by a service person instead of being parked in a proper parking space. So, I had to find someone to get the key and move the vehicle--another 20 minutes! My agent was very good, helpful, and professional so I applaud Chloe. Someone needs to see to fixing the problems with the service center, so it runs more efficiently. I've been a customer for many years and have never seen it like this. More
