The service department’s phone has been down since before Christmas so that makes it more than three months. The only issue I had with service was I waited 30 minutes to even be greeted by a service advisor. I was told a computer glitch caused them to be overbooked. Once I finally was seen, the rest of the servi to even be greeted by a service advisor. I was told a computer glitch caused them to be overbooked.
