2 hrs and car still parked where it was when I dropped it off. My agent left for the day without any notice. No one responding to my text inquiries. Agent desk could not find paperwork. I needed a new radio and fortunately it was still under warranty. I had an appointment, they checked out, and ordered a new radio.
