I brought my car there because it had gotten water inside of it and pretty much all of the electronics were not working. After the repairs I went to pick it up and the rep came out with me to show me that th of it and pretty much all of the electronics were not working. After the repairs I went to pick it up and the rep came out with me to show me that the windows and the convertible top were now working. I thought, "great" and started heading home. On the drive home I noticed a few things still wrong with electronics in my car. The turning indicators make a rapid blinking sound as if to indicate that one of the turn signals is out, but all four appear to be working fine from outside of the car. Also when I turn on my manual headlamps, the lights of my HUD go out, meaning I cannot see how fast I am going or how much gas I have left (I consider this a safety issue). When I messaged the rep Emilio that there were still issues and he told me to bring it back tomorrow and that they would take another look. I took it in the next day and the tech who worked on my car (don't know his name) came out to see the issues. I showed him the blinker issue and he just said, "that's not an issue it is normal". I then show him the issue with my HUD not lighting up when I activate the manual headlamps. Again he just said that it was normal and that everything was working properly. I've had the car for four years I know it's malfunctioning and having people try and gaslight and lie to your face because the check has already been cashed is very disheartening. My owner's manual even states that these features should be working the way I describe but it was obvious they just wanted me out the door. After some insisting that it needs another look they agree to let me leave it on the lot and take another look at it. I park my car and two days later get a message from the rep saying "There is no issue with the car". I picked it up this weekend and was very disappointed but not at all surprised to see my car parked in the exact same spot in the exact same wheel position as I had parked it, they never even looked at it again after I left or did any tests as they said they would. The last one is something that I am more confused about than anything but because I could not get a straight answer I am left to think the worst. When I picked up my car I immediately noticed that a hard plastic piece of my center console was different than when I brought it in. It is a large piece of hard plastic that sits over my shifter box. It now has a little ugly stud on it that says something like "Microsoft Sound Experience" and there are scratches all over it. When I asked the tech why this part was replaced because it didn't seem like something that water would have damaged. The tech responds with "I don't know". I say, "what do you mean you don't know aren't you the one who fixed my car?". He repeats "I don't know. We can get you a new one". I'm like "I don't need a new one I just want to know why this hard plastic piece was replaced for water damage". He responds with, "I don't know". Over the course of my repairs the rep shares the information that my tech actually has two mustangs just like mine. Because of his inability to distinguish why that part was changed I am left to think that it was not swapped out for the purpose of fixing something but because the tech cherry picked a better looking part for his own car from my car. That is why I am dissatisfied. It is very disappointing because I have had about 3-4 previous visits that went well and I thought the shop did great. I am disappointed that Emilio did not care to address my concerns because the invoice was paid and upset that the tech did the same and potentially even stole from me. More

Waited 40 for service advisor in heat. Time entered on service compilation sheet was wrong, therefore a lie to make company look good.
