Service tried to charge me $3800 in unnecessary repairs and horrible returning or answering calls. I had to have the operator walk back to service and tell them to pick up the phone. I had my vehicle towed to my mechanic from work and he said the sensors just needed to be reset. I was only charged $43 vs Hyundai charging me $284 and all they did was change the oil and try to charge be $3800 for work that was not needed. TOTALLY SHADY!! More
Well to start I had an apple for 3:30 I didn’t leave until 6:00. Then every time I have had my oil change you guys never reset the oil mileage change. Also this time didn’t change the sticker on my wind until 6:00. Then every time I have had my oil change you guys never reset the oil mileage change. Also this time didn’t change the sticker on my window and one time you took old sticker but did not clean the sticky stuff off. The people who have checked me in have always been great. But service wise I’m not happy every time has been an issue one time showed up when sticker told me to and was told I was too early. I needed to come back later. Not happy at all More

The work was done in a timely fashion. Waiting room was more than ample. I am not a car guy, I put gas in it and drive. I felt the service manager was up selling me.
