I did not have an appointment. However, I was received very well by my Service Advisor, Nelson. I told him about what is wrong with my car and it needed to be repaired. I was advised of how long a wait I can expect because there were several before me. However, I did not have to wait that long. Nelson was very quick and prompt in having my car serviced and accompanied me to my car and showed me the part on the car they fixed. I also enjoyed the coffee and the snack while waiting. More

My advisor was great, but it shouldn't take 3+ hours for a scheduled oil change. Why even make an appointment if it's going to take 3 hours. This happened twice in a row. Advisor Jasmin was excellent excellent but a full greasy handprint on the passenger side dash. Took a pic but was there 2 hrs or so for an oil change and needed to leave.
