Was able to make a appointment that suited my schedule, and from check in was kept informed of what was happening with my vehicle. Matthew Edwards service advisor saved the day. I had 2 appointments prior to making contact with him. I was told at my second appointment my car had to be there all day and to go home and wait for I had 2 appointments prior to making contact with him. I was told at my second appointment my car had to be there all day and to go home and wait for call. Instead I got an email saying failed to show up for my appointment. I drove over and showed Matthew all my paperwork and he had problem solved in less than 3 hours More
My service rep was great. I even asked him if I should make an apt, and he said I could just come in. When I got there, the service person that helped me told me it would be at least an hour and a half. I was a bit annoyed that it was going to take that long, especially when I asked the guy when I called in if I should make an apt. My service rep did everything possible to get me in and out within an hour, which I really appreciated. She was great! More
