Everyone very nice and friendly. I would rather be told it would taken 3 hours or more since no matter what I had to wait than to be told about 2 hours. She canceled her uber and ended up having to get uber at the last minute paying more since it was over 3 hours for my car plus when I asked up front if my car was ready. I was told yes but he had to get everyone’s paperwork together to everyone going. More

Arrived at 225 for a 230 appt, sat in vehicle for 30 minutes prior to Service Advisor arrival to my car. I was sent to waiting room as car was serviced. At 430 I went to find out where my car was as I h minutes prior to Service Advisor arrival to my car. I was sent to waiting room as car was serviced. At 430 I went to find out where my car was as I had brought it in for only an oil change and tire rotation. My advisor told me soon but another said realistically about a half hour. Finally a few minutes after 5 the advisor came to tell me my car was ready. I will not be returning to this service center unless I have to for warranty work. I will be going elsewhere for general maintenance. More
