Sat in drive thru for almost 30 minutes waiting on service rep to come out. When I entered the carport I was approached by someone that appeared to work there and said to stay in my car and rep will b service rep to come out. When I entered the carport I was approached by someone that appeared to work there and said to stay in my car and rep will be right out. At about the 20 min mark 2 other cars pulled up and reps came right out to assist them both even though I was clearly sitting and waiting and had an apt. It took me opening my door and playing music loudly to get the rep to help me. After waiting for my vehicle all I heard was customer after customer saying how horrible the service is here and how they never fix or do what they say they did. I can confirm this as I have had to go back and make them do an oil change and rotation after they said they did. At this point if I could dump my Hyundai I’d run and never look back but unfortunately I am stuck till it is laid down or off. Go elsewhere because they don’t care about you here. More

I worked with Ali. He was really nice and helpful and I have no issues with him. My issues are with the service staff. I dropped my car off for a simple oil change and He was really nice and helpful and I have no issues with him. My issues are with the service staff. I dropped my car off for a simple oil change and care to what is included in my warranty. I was told it would be 2 hours, left my car and didn’t hear back until almost 6 hours later when I had to reach out first. I showed up to pick up my car and was told my total was over $800. I was not called about adding any services, costs, tests, anything. I was expecting an oil change and basic work, not over $800 worth. Lucky I had the money because I was given ABSOLUTELY NO WARNING and they did not ask my permission for adding on these services. After a while, driving my car I noticed my wheel alignment is COMPLETELY off. If I try to drive with my wheel straight, then my car veers HARD RIGHT. My wheel was completely straight and fine before the service I received. I have one more free oil change under warranty and I would really like my wheel alignment issue to be resolved. As well as for the staff the inform customers of any extra cost/work being done before it is completely. More
