had to go in twice to have a fuse changed. The appointment for a recall procedure (fuse change) as it turned out was simply to 'Inspect' (screen me for possible service beyond the recall I wen The appointment for a recall procedure (fuse change) as it turned out was simply to 'Inspect' (screen me for possible service beyond the recall I went there for) the car. I got a nice credit card application to take home with me, in spite of the fact I had 28k miles on the like new car. I had to reschedule the actual work. When I did get the work done, I was left in the waiting room until closing time and had to go and ask if my car was ready. An hour and forty five minutes to change a fuse. I hope to never return to this dealership again. More

Service agent said that it would take about an hour to complete service repair. 90 minutes went by and I had to go and find him to ask why it was taking so long. He then told me that he didn’t know how much longer it would take so I asked for a ride home. (about 3 miles). He said he would call me when the car was ready. About 3 hours later I called to find out what was going on. I asked for my rep and all I got was his voicemail, nobody else there could help me. I needed my car for an appointment that afternoon. I got a ride to the dealership and my car was sitting there ready to go. Very poor communication with me regarding the situation with my car. More
