I indicated what the problem with the car was, they denied and fixed something else that did not change anything. Later proceeded to say the violent vibration is normal, when it obviously isn't.(bad mo denied and fixed something else that did not change anything. After less than 24h they called me to say they are towing my car away if I dont pick it up IMMEDIATELY, because it's in their parking lot. We rushed to the dealership to move it, only to find out there is another car that has blocked us in and we couldn't leave for yet another 15minutes. Just overall a comically bad experience. More
