Not sure what the issue was, but it took me a long time to actually talk to a real person let alone get a call back. But once I did, everything went smoothly the gentleman I dealt with Saturday morning was to actually talk to a real person let alone get a call back. 40 minute wait in line outside. Advisor took a customer two cars behind me. The only reason you get a 1 is because Tyler was the only one working. 1. Getting someone to call you back to schedule an appointment. Had to call 6 times. 2. Had to wait in line over 40 minutes to hand over my vehicle. 3. They didn’t reset the maintenance needed r appointment. Had to call 6 times. 2. Had to wait in line over 40 minutes to hand over my vehicle. 3. They didn’t reset the maintenance needed reminder in the info system. Also, stated they fixed my Fob but it didn’t work when I got home. Took a 2nd visit to resolve those issues. More
