My service advisor Darren was very nice and helpful. He provided me with the necessary information to all the recommended services. However, the service done on my vehicle was where my frustration came in. My appointment was scheduled for 11:30am and my vehicle wasn’t worked on until 12:30pm; a hour later. The tech who serviced my vehicle didn’t clear my service alert on my vehicle like the other techs have done previously and when replacing my tires he did not put my valve stem caps back on my tires so I had to buy new ones once I got home. I didn’t receive my vehicle until 3pm! I was there since 11am which I live 30-45mins away. More
