I waited an hour after my appointment time before I was even checked in! My appointment was at 11, not checked in until noon and they have up to 2 hours to complete the work so I waited over 3 hours. This has to be the friendliest dealership we've ever dealt with. We've purchased many brand new cars over the years and this one was by far the best. The way we were greeted when we walked in the front dealt with. We've purchased many brand new cars over the years and this one was by far the best. From the manager, to the other sales people, and especially by Lucas made us feel welcome and comfortable. There was no pressure to purchase a certain vehicle, no wheeling and dealing.
