I am always very pleased with Doug Cage when I come in for service. He is always very friendly and helpful. One thing I am not pleased with is my purchase of the Hyundai Elantra. I paid 23,000+ for it, and the amount of times I've had to bring it into the service center is unacceptable. I've had to bring it in twice for the sunroof, my engine had a malfunction, and now my gear is messed up. I have less than 13,000 miles on my car and don't over use it. I am completely unsatisfied with my purchase. I feel like every other month I'm bringing it to the service center for something to be looked at and replaced. Doug at the service center is great though. He does an amazing job taking care of my car, I just feel like I shouldn't know him as well as I do after only having my car for a year. I will never buy a Hyundai again. More

Purchasing our new car was a pleasant experience with all employees involved. They care about the customer. Our follow up service was also filled with concern for our satisfaction. I feel I got a fair deal on our vehicle, no pressure, and actually a fun time with Eric and Robert during the sales process. Sonja knows her business, is friendly and helpful. She takes time to answer questions thoroughly. Phillip helped us understand the car's workings and like everyone else was pleasant to work with. Rick was awsome to work with, did everything he said he would do I would recamend him to other buyers. Pete also was goood to work with in service, explained what was done, but still very sceptical of service dept never had a good experiance with others, it always seems when you buy your car and leave the lot your done. and is always a hassel afterwards, but so far so good with service but will stop at a Toyota dealer and ask them a question about the same reason I brought my car in for. More
