Great service, very knowledgeable and pleasant staff I brought in my car for an oil change and other minor repair. Ended up needing new brakes & tires. I don't normally spend $1,500 without balking, bu I brought in my car for an oil change and other minor repair. Ended up needing new brakes & tires. I don't normally spend $1,500 without balking, but the service technician Pete, brought me back to look at the tires and showed me with a caliper that there was not enough tread for the tires to be safe. Additionally, they pointed out how the front brakes were worn sufficiently so as to be a hazard also. They loaned me a car and sent me off while they made the replacement/repair. I have never felt misled by this O'Brien team and would recommend them to anyone. More

They decided there was an electrical problem and helped me get into the service department. After an hour we were told that a new part had been ordered. We will get it fixed when the part comes in.
