I have always been immediately waited on when I arrive for service. ( I make appointments over the internet and always get a prompt reply verifying my appointment.) Since I live about 25 minutes from dealership I always wait in their attractive waiting area helping myself to coffee and due to their WIFI service can catch up on my e-mail anf Facebook accounts. Service seems to be done in a very reasonable time and the costs are also reasonable. A bonus is the free car wash available which I use after every service appointment. Overall experience is excellent. More

Joe was a great salesman. I was looking at cars for over 8 hours that day. Had 2 deals fall through at other places already due to incompetent salesman. Joe could see my aggravation, cut all the typical s 8 hours that day. Had 2 deals fall through at other places already due to incompetent salesman. Joe could see my aggravation, cut all the typical salesman BS and got straight to the facts. We found the car, drove it, got my old car appraised and came to a fair price in approx 25 minutes.
