fast out the door Was not going to say anything about my experience at O'Brien. It started by arguing about a Sontona 2011 with under 60,000 miles. Got burned there. Liked Tucson even though ot was close to $500 a momth after $7,000 trade, which should of been $8,000. Never mind had to erase other peoples contacts with Blue Tooth phone, vehicle not washed and candy wrappers in consule. The biggest thing is getting stopped last night because plates were two months past due. Correct year sticker was in glove box, where when you come in with sterling credit, a great trade and you just get upsold and on your way. Folks, better deals up the road!! More

Ripped off and lied to by sales team Bought a 2014 Kia Forte5. Advised them that I will finance directly with Suncoast Credit Union since they were offering a $200.00 rebate if I went th Bought a 2014 Kia Forte5. Advised them that I will finance directly with Suncoast Credit Union since they were offering a $200.00 rebate if I went through the credit union directly. The sales manager, Rick Powell, claimed that they could do the financing with Suncoast Credit Union there and I would still get the rebate, so I agreed. I later contacted Suncoast Credit Union and was told that since I went through the dealership I would not receive the rebate. I contacted the dealership first via e-mail and then spoke with Rick Powell and he admitted that he was wrong about getting the rebate from Suncoast Credit Union if I did the financing at the dealership but he promised me that they would send me a $200.00 refund. The check never arrived. I spoke with Rick Powell again and he again promised to send the $200.00 refund. I have been waiting for two months no check. I sent another e-mail and the response said they would forward my complaint to the general manager. No response again. Do not do business with this dealership! More

Financing disaster Sales people were great I am a return customer having bought three cars through this dealership previously. When it came to financing Nikki got the f Sales people were great I am a return customer having bought three cars through this dealership previously. When it came to financing Nikki got the financing through the company who gave the dealership the biggest kickback. I requested that she submit through Suncoast credit union, and they did, I was approved but the dealer never informed me. They do not return calls, I have been calling and even talked to a ,anger who said he would take care of my financing personally, thay was two weeks ago. I am now applying for a car loan on my own because the dealership refuses to help me. More
