HORRIBLE SERVICE DEPARTMENT I have a problem with my center console, which is under warranty, however after bringing the vehicle there 5 times , it is still not fixed as they kee I have a problem with my center console, which is under warranty, however after bringing the vehicle there 5 times , it is still not fixed as they keep telling me the wrong parts are in. How many times can you order the wrong parts. The service department is totally incompetent and not qualified for this type of work apparently. Do yourself a favor and go to Naples Hyundai, its worth the drive. Cant be any worse than this dealership. I would not recommend this dealership at all. More

The Santa Fe Sport Turbo 2.0 really does drive much better than its basic model. By the time we signed on the bottom line, we were convinced we knew our vehicle and the options we preferred. The actual "buy" of the car -- the paperwork and such -- took more time than we had allotted and the negotiation was challenging. My four star rankings reflect those opportunities for the team to improve. Speaking of the personnel, they were truly top-notch -- every one of them!
