Dia arranged for a ride home as the work was to take 3 hours. Jeff, the driver of the courtsey van was very pleasant. I brought my 2007 Santa Fe in because the gasket surrounding the front windshield came loose and was flapping in the wind. I was told they did not do windshield work and that this WAS NOT covered u surrounding the front windshield came loose and was flapping in the wind. I was told they did not do windshield work and that this WAS NOT covered under the 5 year 60000 mile warranty. I contacted Hyundai and they said it was covered. Took my Santa Fe to Winter Haven where the work was done, under warranty. Never again for Obrien. I received a reply from Obrien as a result of this rating. I view that as a positive. We will see when it is time for me to replace my two 2007 Hyundai Santa Fe's. More

Lesson # 2 don't let him get personal with you because all he is tryingto do, is to make you think that he is a very nice person, and distract you. do mot let him tell you that how much your car is worth, he is going to ck the value and give you small numbers in which you are not going agee, he already know how much of a discount he is going to give you, he is just set in you up. i was so tired hearing his bull shit, that i gave up and bough the car. when i came out of the car dealer i felt like was taken for a ride, and that i gave them my car for free. they are a bunch of crooks. 1.do not let him get a hold of your keys, More
The only reason I go to Obrien is to have Garrett service my Subaru. He provides excellent service. He's very thorough and takes the time to look to see if anything else needs to be taken care of without a my Subaru. He provides excellent service. No one I've ever met has had a good experience with this dealer. Unfortunately they are the only Hyundai dealer in this area so I didn't have a choice to get my Tucson. They said whatever they wanted to to dealer. Unfortunately they are the only Hyundai dealer in this area so I didn't have a choice to get my Tucson. They said whatever they wanted to to get me to buy the car, but didn't actually follow through with most of it (after the paperwork was signed), they didn't finance through who I asked them to (without discussing the change with me), belittled me when I asked about an upgrade (AMAZINGLY), etc etc etc. I went without my father (which I will NEVER do again) and didn't get the car I wanted at a horrible price! Luckily their service department has been great so far, no complaints. But their sales tactics need A LOT of work. More
