Purchasing our new car was a pleasant experience with all employees involved. They care about the customer. Our follow up service was also filled with concern for our satisfaction. Even fixing a very minor nick on a door handle showed us a very friendly crew willing to do what was needed to keep us happy. I feel I got a fair deal on our vehicle, no pressure, and actually a fun time with Eric and Robert during the sales process. Sonja knows her business, is friendly and helpful. She takes time to answer questions thoroughly. Phillip helped us understand the car's workings and like everyone else was pleasant to work with. Even the gentleman at the car wash was very friendly and helpful! You have a great group over there. More
They did a great job, got us a car to use when it was going to be long, and were very friendly. Rick was awsome to work with, did everything he said he would do I would recamend him to other buyers. Pete also was goood to work with in service, explained what was done, but still very sceptical of serv would do I would recamend him to other buyers. I was very pleased with my service visit on Monday July 30 at 8:45 AM. I was greeted right away at the drop off area and was written up in a very fast and efficient manner. He did a walk around inspection and then sent me in the to write up desk. I did have to wait about 3 or 4 minutes for the service writer to finish up a price proposal for a repair but it did not bother me at all. When your retired like me waiting is something we do alot of. Then he wrote up my work order and said a gentleman would come and get me when it was done. I don't remember the mans name but he did come and consult me on two things that needed done beside the oil change & lube. I did need a new cabin filter for the inside of the car but I feel that $25.15 for the filter and $31.99 labor to put it in the box that it goes in is a total of $56.14 which I didn't antisipate and it thru my budget way off. $31.99 to install it. It only cost $10.99 to do the oil change & lube and that is more involved in doing that than of putting in the filter in the box. I am a little upset with the $56.14 charge for the filter change but what can I do..I'm 68 years old and living on a fixed income of $1100.00 a month. They charged only $17.99 to rotate the tires, another job more involved. Anyway I'll get off my soap box now..I do like O'Briens and I will continue to get my service there and maybe by another car if I live long enough and still drive but I think your labor rates need to be adjusted for us seniors. I had been to another dealer in southern Florida & they acted like they were doing me a favor by showing me a new car. When I arrived at O'Brien's, Rick did everything he could to make sure that I wo they acted like they were doing me a favor by showing me a new car. When I arrived at O'Brien's, Rick did everything he could to make sure that I would leave with a car within my price range. My household now owns 3 O'Brien Hyundai vehicles.
