I made my appointment on-line for my 90,000 miles check up. From the beginning check in to talking with David, to the shuttle ride to my office, everything went extremely well. David called to let me know that there were some issues that should be taken care of, and we were able to reach a mutually agreeable time for pick up. all went as planned. Ironically, the next day, my head light went out, so I e-mailed David again and asked to bring the car in late in the day. He called, laughing, as it was such an odd occurrence that something like that would happen so soon. I brought the car in and was on my way in 1/2 hour. David took care of everything from check in to check out and payment. I appreciate his professionalism, humor and good will. More
I am always able to make an appointment for service (oil changes, etc) very easily and have never had a long wait for service to be completed. I usually do my oil changes during my lunch hour which is a GRE changes, etc) very easily and have never had a long wait for service to be completed. Everyone, from the very nice man who greets me when I pull in for service, to the gentleman who gets all the particulars of my service needs, to the cashier are all very friendly and helpful. I love my Elantra and O'Brien Hyundai is MY dealership in Fort Myers! More
I went to Mitsubishi Service as usual. Pete is great and your service dept. at Mitsubishi is what keeps me comong back. BUT your sale dept is getting a little to agressive. But being chased when you pull in and then watching salesmen hiding behind truck at entrance stopping every car was a little much. They actually will scare me away from you. More

I am always very pleased with Doug Cage when I come in for service. He is always very friendly and helpful. One thing I am not pleased with is my purchase of the Hyundai Elantra. I bought my car brand new for service. He is always very friendly and helpful. One thing I am not pleased with is my purchase of the Hyundai Elantra. I bought my car brand new exactly one year ago. I paid 23,000+ for it, and the amount of times I've had to bring it into the service center is unacceptable. I've had to bring it in twice for the sunroof, my engine had a malfunction, and now my gear is messed up. I have less than 13,000 miles on my car and don't over use it. I am completely unsatisfied with my purchase. I feel like every other month I'm bringing it to the service center for something to be looked at and replaced. Doug at the service center is great though. He does an amazing job taking care of my car, I just feel like I shouldn't know him as well as I do after only having my car for a year. I will never buy a Hyundai again. More
