I have called and left you voice mails, a long with emailing you the other day. No response back. The dealership definitely "missed the mark" with handling my buying experience. I will privately send my information. I work nights in the local hospitals, so I'm not always available. I really don't have time for any of these headaches, have had to call and go into Hyundai dealership a few times since I've bought the vehicle.

Update... January 8th, 2025. Never heard back from the "general manager", Jason Cure. Not surprised. However, Anthony Menza, sales manager, contacted me and within half a week or so, he had taken care of my concerns with the paperwork, and handled cancelling the "general maintenance" I did not need that Luis Alfonso tried to push and hide in my contract. Which got refunded back to the lien holder. Anthony also gave me a few perks and explained everything in detail. He was very nice, attentive, respectful, apologized for how I was handled and got me answers quickly. This is how a manager should act and be with their customers. Not rude and disrespectful like Luis Alfonso was. Hopefully he'll learn how to talk with GenX'ers and have more respect. Thanks Anthony Meza for all your help and taking the time to get to the bottom of things. Look forward to seeing and chatting with you in near future.
