I was encouraged to make an appointment instead of just coming in early when it's more convenient to me. The earliest appointment available was 11:45 and it showed 'Express Lane 2.' I sat in that lane for 60 minutes before the service tech got to me (no-appointment folks were not being turned away as a lady with no appointment was allowed to merge into the lane in front of me)for my required 5000 mile maintenance which turns out to be simple oil change (and headlight adjustment). It was 2:30 when I pulled out. So, I'm not impressed. More
