Typical Experience was as expected, however would be nice to NOT have to wait an extended length of time to do a simple purchase. Once all the waiting for someone to 'get to you' was over it took no time to sign what needed to be signed and complete the deal. Exceptional salesman and exceptiional financial person once we actually got down to closing the deal. Overall experience was what is the 'norm' when going to a car dealership, just wish someone would come up with a way to 'speed up' the waiting time involved before getting down to business. We purchased our 'lease'. More
