Window Tint Service & Protective Film Removal I had to return my 2015 Genesis for a window tint repair and to have some protective film removed from the car that should have been completed before I had to return my 2015 Genesis for a window tint repair and to have some protective film removed from the car that should have been completed before delivery. I asked the sales consultant Brad Eifel to address these concerns and he got right on the complaints personally to make sure the issues were corrected in a timely manner while I waited. At first I was pretty upset that I had to return for items that should of been taken care of before delivery but was very impressed by Brad's professionalism and willingness to have my concerns corrected. I will likely return to purchase a 2016 Tucson for my wife with Brad we are very impressed with his product knowledge especially in the electronics areas and no pressure sales attitude. More
