Better than usual Based on previous visits, this has been better because the staff did not try to upsell on additional things that I may or may not have needed. For the first time since having my newly purchased vehicle (2005) serviced there, they ran it through the car wash, which was a pleasant surprise. Those kind of little things should happen more often! I am always concerned when I schedule an appt for an oil change at 8:00 or 8:45 or replacement of a wheel stud and am often there in excess of 2 hours. More

My whole family and parents and nieces will continue to buy from Hyundai because of the great quality of vehicle they have, but on top of that. They have committed managers and sales representative who will work with you and make it happen. My whole family has been buying cars from Hyundai since year 2000, and will continue to buy from them. We all want to thank you all for all the negotiations you all have to go thru just to make it happen. Please continue the good work, we will continue to be back for more, have new generation coming up and they see what you do. So I won't say goodbye but until the next purchase, keep up the GOOD WORK. The only drawback was the car would not be ready until the next day and it was hard obtaining a ride to pick the vehicle up but the repair was done very well and they also fixed the last recall problem. Service - Brake Light Switch. Hyundai has been having issues with the brake light switch on most of their vehicles for years. The brake lights on both my Tucson and my daughter's T Hyundai has been having issues with the brake light switch on most of their vehicles for years. The brake lights on both my Tucson and my daughter's Tucson had stopped working - the switch in both vehicles was defective. Rather than waiting for a recall from Hyundai, O'Brien Hyundai replaced the switch in both vehicles. Their justification to replace the switch was based on the safety for their customer. More
