Service I recently took my car to your dealership to get it checked out due to mechanical problems which may have resulted from being towed. I needed an estim I recently took my car to your dealership to get it checked out due to mechanical problems which may have resulted from being towed. I needed an estimate for repairs to make a claim with the towing company. Your staff that I dealt with were knowledgeable and personable. However, the reason for my low score is that I was told by the towing company that your staff informed them that I “made” them write things down on the estimate. However, your staff did indicate to me that the damage may have indeed been the result from being towed. The tow company then told me that you (the dealership) gave them a completely different reason why the part needed to be replaced. Obviously your dealership was either 1) lying to me, or 2) lying to the tow company. How can I trust a dealership who blatantly lies. I can assure you that I will not be bringing my car to you to get it serviced. More

Ralph also worked with us, negotiating a price we felt was very fair though our trade in was at home rather than on site. We are still very happy with the car and the price. We also met Kenny, who is the first finance person that we've dealt with that had a personality. That these individuals are happy working for your dealership speaks well of your firm.
