BEST CAR-BUYING EXPERIENCE IN THE LAST TEN YEARS Purchased a 2017 Santa Fe Limited Ultimate. First let me start by saying I am not a neophyte when it comes to buying a car, being a CPA with prior de Purchased a 2017 Santa Fe Limited Ultimate. First let me start by saying I am not a neophyte when it comes to buying a car, being a CPA with prior dealership clients. From the time we first came in contact with Robby Collins during the inventory review, until the deal was settled with both him & Rex Moonshower, it was a pleasure to do business with this O'Brien team. We had gone to a few other Hyundai (and other car) dealers to review their on-site inventory (after looking at their online inventories) and to discuss prices; however, O'Brien's new (2017) inventory matched our needs and Robby and Rex couldn't have been more knowledgeable, helpful and willing to make a FAIR deal. In fact, it was such an easy buying experience and such a fair deal, that I was willing to drive the 60 miles and give Robby & Rex the business they deserved, rather than go back and try to arrange to have the car shipped to a dealer closer to our home and try and make the same deal over again. I also have to admit that this was my third Hyundai purchase with prior Santa Fe & XG-350 experience, with my sister also owning a Sonata, and both my son & best friend owning a Genesis After reviewing many other cars, I truly believe Hyundai provides the best value for the dollars spent. We highly recommend a Hyundai, Robby & Rex, and this O'Brien dealership! More

Best Service Center I'm not sure who I dealt with in the service center so I check both names. O'Brien is by far the best service center I have visited. I have been going I'm not sure who I dealt with in the service center so I check both names. O'Brien is by far the best service center I have visited. I have been going to O'Brien for a number of years and have never dissatisfied or disappointed. I have taken my Azera to three different dealers up north. None of them come close to level of service you provide. My Sonata is and will continue to be serviced exclusively by O'Brien. Your service dept should be used as a training model for all Hyundai centers. More
