Purchased a new Santa Fe I was very pleased with my new purchase at O'Brien Hyundai. I went in to get a ballpark on payments and walked out with a new car (as does happen so o I was very pleased with my new purchase at O'Brien Hyundai. I went in to get a ballpark on payments and walked out with a new car (as does happen so often at car dealerships). All I can say is that the sales team was great. Helpful and supportive in every way. The only thing I was a little dissatisfied by was that they didn't tell me the new Santa Fe's come in copper, a color I told the salesman I had looked at on other vehicles, but not a color they had on the lot. Obviously they aren't going to try and sell you a car they don't have sitting there. In the end though, I walked away with a color I like and that will stand the test of time. More

Service I recently took my car to your dealership to get it checked out due to mechanical problems which may have resulted from being towed. I needed an estim I recently took my car to your dealership to get it checked out due to mechanical problems which may have resulted from being towed. I needed an estimate for repairs to make a claim with the towing company. Your staff that I dealt with were knowledgeable and personable. However, the reason for my low score is that I was told by the towing company that your staff informed them that I “made” them write things down on the estimate. However, your staff did indicate to me that the damage may have indeed been the result from being towed. The tow company then told me that you (the dealership) gave them a completely different reason why the part needed to be replaced. Obviously your dealership was either 1) lying to me, or 2) lying to the tow company. How can I trust a dealership who blatantly lies. I can assure you that I will not be bringing my car to you to get it serviced. More
