EXTENDED WARRANTY SCAM--AVOID BOTH O'BRIEN AND FIDELITY My wife agreed to adding on the extended warranty plan with FIDELITY WARRANTY SERVICES--DUE TO MY SEVERE HANDICAP, I WAS UNABLE TO GO WITH HER TO COMP My wife agreed to adding on the extended warranty plan with FIDELITY WARRANTY SERVICES--DUE TO MY SEVERE HANDICAP, I WAS UNABLE TO GO WITH HER TO COMPLETE THE CAR PURCHASE. We have called O'Brien more than a dozen times, and more often than not, we get shuffled off to a voicemail by the receptionist that they hide behind. We were never even mailed the copy of the signed contract by BOBBY G--he was "on break" and my wife had to sign a blank document and come home. When we called to ask for a copy to one mailed to us, BOBBY G said he could not do that because "IT WENT UPSTAIRS ALREADY". So it take ONE DY to get enrolled, but 2 months or more to exercise the right to cancel--WHILE YOU GET BILLED IN THE MEANTIME. No management at O'Brien will help you--and, amazingly, the people at FIDELITY WARRANTY SERVICES can even make a phone call to the people at OBRIEN HYUNDAI to resolve this either. More
