Horrible Place These people are thieves, there is no other way to put it. My wife went there to lease a Sante Fe which was advertised at $132.00 per month. She put $6,000.00 down to lower her payment and was taken advantage of plain and simple. By the time she drove out she left in a stripped down base model with a payment of over $300.00 and all anyone would say is "that's the way things work out sometimes". The process was never explained to her and my wife understands money and finances. The salesman was some oily worm who kept trying to distract my wife every time she asked about the numbers. The finance manager and his secretary were even worse telling her "don't worry, we will adjust everything to get you a good payment". Good for who, them or her?? We tried to return the car under the Fair Practices and Buyers Remorse provisions of the law but were told they do not apply in Florida. We later found out that the owner is a major campaign contributor to some of the legislators in Tallahassee. I guess that worked out well for him but not for us. My wife is seriously thinking about dumping the car in a parking lot and telling OBrien to come pick it up and it is a shame since the Sante Fe is a decent car but the whole experience has been ruined by a pack of thieves and we will never go back and urge everyone to stay away. There are too many other dealerships who will treat their customers right and with respect. More

Overall a very pleasant and stress free experience. I hadn't bought a new car in over 10 years as I dreaded the thought of it. Overall Thomas made the experience as painless as possible. Had a steering problem I took my 2013 Sonata in due to a steering problem. The technician checked it out and replaced a steering column bushing and reset the steering comput I took my 2013 Sonata in due to a steering problem. I never felt pressured. No good cop, bad cop routines (experienced that earlier in the day at another dealership). They answered all my questions and were patient when I needed further clarification. Really just very pleasant people overall! They really did their best to make it easy and "Payne-less". Thanks! More

Great service in a timely fashion The clock in my Hyundai Veloster kept re-setting to 4:54 every time the ignition was turned off and then restarted. The couple of times I have taken it back to O'Brien, they have been great. More
