Since the dealership is over 100 miles from my home, I counted solely on the information and 29 photos available on the O'Brien website to make my decision. Eric Knowlton, from the Internet Dept, was able to provide additional information that same day and answered any remaining questions I had. Once I decided to make the purchase, Zak Banwart, from the Sales Dept, finalized the purchase and arranged for the delivery of the vehicle to my home by Wednesday, August 19th.
