Met with a pleasant sales person named Troy. I advised Troy I wanted to check prices at Tamiami Hyundai especially since I had bought from them before and they beat O'Brien's price. Before I left the very rude, ignorant, sales manager Jeff came by and asked what it would take to buy today. (I could only drive the 2022 Kona in the parking lot as I was told it had not been inspected yet). I told Jeff I planned to go to Tamiami Hyundai to compare prices and he asked why I did not go there first and I replied Obrien was closer and I would go to Tamiami Hyundai on Saturday. He grabbed the written offer from my wallet that was on the table and said I will take that and got up and left. I told Troy I would never come back now and left. If you want to deal with rude, unprofessional, used car sales techniques and horrible customer service by all means use this dealership. Later in the day I decided to go to Tamiami Hyundai and they did in fact beat Obrien's price by quite a bit. More
