I am a snowbird. Took my Hyundai Azera into the dealership , as it was the closest dealership to where I reside in Fort Myers. I had a noise coming from the front drivers side tire when I put th dealership , as it was the closest dealership to where I reside in Fort Myers. I had a noise coming from the front drivers side tire when I put the brakes on and coming to a stop Very friendly the staff where, yes The verdict was that I needed four new tires (now I had had the tires all checked before leaving home and they where by the dealership at home considered fine) As well they said rear brakes needed some work on them Again this had all been checked out about a month ago. And suggested all the fluids in the car should be changed Well this total just about $1,500.00 dollars. Perhaps it was more, was a couple of months ago and I am yet stewing about this Well I am an older person, and here on my own really, so not sure just what to do I decided that they better do the work as suggested Work was done and to their credit gave me a rental car to use overnight as I had brought the car in, in the afternoon Returned and picked up the car next am My son, had phoned , to the dealership very annoyed at what was being done as the dealership that we had taken the car to up north was a good friend of his. Work had been done already at any rate So I took the car and on my way The same noise, was yet there When braking and coming to a stop I wrote to head office in the U.S. who said to bring it back to the dealership But I did not nor would I go back Yes, the staff are very pleasant, the dealership looks good etc. but this was a very very poor experience for me. I have always been immediately waited on when I arrive for service. ( I make appointments over the internet and always get a prompt reply verifying my appointment.) Since I live about 25 minutes from dealership I always wait in their attractive waiting area helping myself to coffee and due to their WIFI service can catch up on my e-mail anf Facebook accounts. Service seems to be done in a very reasonable time and the costs are also reasonable. A bonus is the free car wash available which I use after every service appointment. Overall experience is excellent. More

Joe was a great salesman. I was looking at cars for over 8 hours that day. Had 2 deals fall through at other places already due to incompetent salesman. Joe could see my aggravation, cut all the typical s 8 hours that day. Had 2 deals fall through at other places already due to incompetent salesman. Joe could see my aggravation, cut all the typical salesman xx and got straight to the facts. We found the car, drove it, got my old car appraised and came to a fair price in approx 25 minutes. Unbelieveable! Car was cleaned up, fill with gas and out the door shortly after. Joe and his partner (sorry I do not have his name presently) were great. More

quality of work is the peeps in service & details cars was filthy after they clean it in side & out the tint they put on was wrong wanted the street legal darkest they put one kind in front diff in cars was filthy after they clean it in side & out the tint they put on was wrong wanted the street legal darkest they put one kind in front diff in back after was told how i wanted it done,ughhhhhhhhhhh had scatches in front and back have to bring back another day when it should of been done rt that day and fix just very inconvenice also who ever did details had a big matt in back rolled up took out of car never put back in just little thing like that can really upset you when you were there all day then back next day cuz of the u connect not properly working in 1 sense i want to give the car back or sell it a little fustrated but not with cindy shes is doing everthing in her power to make thing rt. regards diane oler More
