They advertise their cars for a much cheaper sales price to attract customers, then when you sit down they add a "Fort Myers Advantage Package" to the price of the car (plus all the other dealer fees and bs you dont need). We are talking about $2,600 price difference from what it was advertised! 2.Be careful when giving your keys for the trade in. They keep the Keys until they can convince you to buy the new car. Even after we told them we are not interested in purchasing the car they still let us wait 15 minutes to return our key. After asking to give back our Key I was told to leave their office! After that I was called a xxxxxx by Mr. Simpson ! Absolutely incredible ! STAY FAR AWAY ! More

I highly recommend Hyundai as the service I received let alone the fact that they made my car buying experience one of the best I have had my entire car buying life so far, made sure I found a car within my alone the fact that they made my car buying experience one of the best I have had my entire car buying life so far, made sure I found a car within my budget as well as worked with me to make sure I didn’t leave without a new vehicle I felt safe & comfortable in is why I will forever be a Hyundai of Fort Myers customer. This is by far one of the worst and most bizarre experience I have ever had with a dealership. I arrived at their dealership wanting to check out and test drive a vehicle that they had listed onl experience I have ever had with a dealership. I arrived at their dealership wanting to check out and test drive a vehicle that they had listed online for $19,091. The sales person I spoke with was friendly and professional but unfortunately, things took a downturn when he came back with the numbers the manager provided to him. The sale price of the vehicle was all of the sudden $21,600 without the added dealer fees, tittle reregsitartion, taxes, and any other fees that dealers typically charge. When I asked why the sale price was all of the sudden almost $3,000 more then the original listing price, they claimed that this includes some type of "Fort Myers Advantage Package" that they apparently charge on every vehicle. At this point i have already waited 2 hours while they were giving me an appraisal for my Trade In (which the value that they provided is another joke and insult in itself). Before I wasted any more time, I told them that I am not going to continue with this since I refuse to play into their shady and scummy marketing practice. Since they had my car keys to provide an appraisal for the trade in, I asked for it back so I can leave. The sales rep was understandable and went to the managers office to grab my keys. After about 5 minutes of the sales rep and the office manager having a discussion, my brother decided to go to them and ask for the keys since we were not interested in hearing their sales tactics. When my brother rpolotely asked for the keys, the office manager Jeff Simpson, immediately had an aggressive demeanor and stated "If you want your keys, you need to leave this office." Mind you that this is not some private personal and office and rather is a public office that anybody can walk into. In fact there were groups of other customers in there. Presumably some type of finance office. My brother reciprocated aggressivly andstated that he will not leave this office until we get our keys back. This Simpson guy sprinted out of the office angerly and got our keys. We asked for his name, which he provided, and called us a "xxxxing xxxxxxxx" as we were walking out of the door. Needless to say that I was quite surprised by this man's ego considering the fact that he had not right to hold my keys when I asked for it back. The sales manager of the dealership tried to make it right by reducing the price but after that experience I told him that i will not be offerring my business to them anymore. It is nothing new to me that dealers try to slip in fees and hope that people won't notice and sign there lives away but the reaction that was received for this egotistical Jeff Simpson guy is quite unbelievable. I CANNOT recommend this dealership to anyone. If you do decide to purchase a vehicle from them, look over the whole contract before you sign it because it seems people do that less and less now a days. More
Extremely satisfied with my experience with this dealership. Rex, Mike, Tommy & Jason were all super accommodating and professional. And trust me when I tell you, should you have any issues or concerns, contact the management. They do care and will listen. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had after losing my Silverado in Hurricane Ian, I decided on a more fuel efficient 2023 Hyundai Tucson Limited AWD. The built in value from the manufacturer including the warranty and three years maintenance make this the most practical and least expensive vehicle I have ever owned. Thank you guys! More
They roll in all their add ons even when they tell you they are throwing them in. Then they roll in gap insurance so that you pay overtime of the loan for everything and at 7%>. I have called them now TEN they are throwing them in. Then they roll in gap insurance so that you pay overtime of the loan for everything and at 7%>. I have called them now TEN TIMES and have yet to get a return call from Jeff, Rex, Nick( finance guru who misleads at every turn IMO), when Nick said he would "throw in" a B2B for the life of the loan, yet rolls it into the loan at nearly 3000 dollars, that is dishonest. The B2B also had an 80000 mile limit. 10 calls, no responses. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE TO BUY A CAR More

In essence, they take the msrp and jack the price up by about $3644 under the guise of the "Fort Myers Advantage package". Apparently its non negotiable. Most of the items on the advantage package in my opinion are pretty much useless and come with the vehicle directly from Hyundai such as "Stolen Vehicle Assistance", "Roadside Assistance" and "Collision Loyalty Credit", other items included in the mandatory package will most likely never be used or cannot truly be validated if performed. In essence this "Fort Myers Advantage Package" is just a way to inflate the MSRP. They aren't giving you anything for the $3644. I was borderline on killing the deal but the Tucson was a gift to my daughters and after sending them pictures of the car I didn't want to disappoint. That's on me. In my professional opinion, adding the advantage add on in small fine print is deceptive advertising. I kick myself for not going to another Hyundai dealership or using Truecar services. The factory MSRP on the 2023 Hyundai Tucson Ltd was $38,595, with the mandatory add on it came to $42239. They even make custom factory window stickers with the Advantage Add On reflected in the price. If this vehicle were stolen tomorrow, insurance will not compensate the package just the value of the vehicle. I'd have been OK just paying MSRP. The add on advantage plan irked me. When we asked if we could wave this package we were told it was a mandatory add on all new car vehicles and this was also on their website. I later checked, you had to go to the very bottom in the disclaimer section in very small print to see this. Very shysterish! At the bare minimum in the future the dealership should give the customer an option to decline the add on which they don't which is why this is a dealer inflation cost. For those familiar with the the movie Fargo I feel like I was forced to buy the TruCoat. At the end of the day I got suckered and should have went to Tamiami Hyundai in Naples. To anyone reading this review, Tamiami will not force an unnecessary $3644 on their MSRP. I called them after the fact. That's my error for not killing the deal and going there. More
