Simone was an absolute pleasure to work with that day we bought our new Santa Fe. Simone had the car detailed and waiting for us to check out when we got up there. Once we said that we were ready to sign, S bought our new Santa Fe. Simone had the car detailed and waiting for us to check out when we got up there. Once we said that we were ready to sign, Simone had all of the paperwork ready to sign, transferred the plate and showed us amazing things about the car we never imagined. She made sure that everything that was supposed to be in the car was inside including a lovely gift package with various car care products and an umbrella and key chain. But that was not all, if you can believe it, she kindly rode back to Naples with us as we had no way to get the other Tucson back to Fort Myers. All the way to Naples, Simone explained many of the features the Santa Fe has to offer. Once we were home, Simone removed our license plate off the other Tucson, slapped a dealer plate on our former car and drove back. Again, above and beyond the call of duty! More
