Simone was amazing. She asked what my parameters were and found a couple of cars to check out. I only removed a star for the actual dealership, because I had called 30 minutes before arriving to the dealership about a specific car that I had my heart set on. The gentleman who answered the phone told me the car was available and that he can hold it if I arrive before 5PM. He took my name and number. We rushed to the spot within the hour and was told the car was not there. That alone made me apprehensive, but thanks to Simone, I drove home in a new car. Highly recommend her for sales! More

Great salesperson knowledgeable courteous friendly efficient a sheer delight who follows up. I did have a problem with Finance as I was not warned ahead of time that if I use a credit card I would be efficient a sheer delight who follows up. We took in our 2018 Elantra to address an incident where the gear shifter locked up in Drive and it took us more than an hour to get it unlocked. The service department looked over the car for less than 1 the gear shifter locked up in Drive and it took us more than an hour to get it unlocked. The service department looked over the car for less than 1 hour and told us that they couldn't diagnose the problem. However, they charged us $231.68 for their work. This is the most disappointed that I've ever been with any dealer service department. Buyer beware with these folks. More
