My last 3 cars were Hyundai's. My current vehicle is a 2023. I was told to bring the car in and have an advisor look at it. I did and he said he would schedule for the paint shop to look at it. I have not heard from anyone and called back to the dealership. The first person that answered the phone listened as I explained my situation. They then abruptly said we don't have a body shop. Ok, but I am scheduled with someone to repair my car.....again we don't have a body shop. Ok, pause then no offer to help with a situation that was not mine, until I ask a question. I then ask to talk to an advisor. I was transferred and was told that there was a problem between the dealership and Hyundai and so the dealership decided to close the bodyshop. Pause, I was then told that I could call around to see if any other dealers had a bodyshop. I then ask the obvious question about the door handle. Would they really take a door handle off and paint it or just replace it. Pause, I was then advised to call somewhere else and find out. I purchased this vehicle from this dealership, talked to two persons who should have at offered something but apparently have a chip on their shoulder for the company who is paying them to help people. So, as my adviser advised I will call and go to another dealership to purchase future cars and get my service. More

When I decided on a 2024 Hyundai Tuscon Hybrid I searched dealer rater to review sales people. I read many great reviews but as a woman I was drawn to Simone Gerdin for her 5 star rating. The reviews that she really listened to what the customer wanted and never pressured her customers drew me towards her. As a woman negotiating a car deal I was drawn to her approach. I called and made an appointment with her. From the moment we sat down she had a legal pad in hand, wrote down every item that was important to me, asked questions to really know what I needed. We took the car for a drive and it was evident that she really knew her stuff. Every question I asked she had the answer. I spoke with the sales manager Hutch and they both respected that I needed to go home and run it by my husband. It was the best car buying experience I have ever had. I came back the next day and negotiated the deal. They were fair, respectful of my knowledge and flexible. I felt I walked out with an amazing car and never felt taken advantage of. As Hutch said…”welcome…you are now family”. Post sale they have been so amazing…Simone took her time helping me learn the car since I could not do it day of delivery. The car is amazing…Fort Myers Hyundai is an amazing group of people. My husband retired from the car business after 35 years so I know the business…everyone was a breath of fresh air and changed my opinion of car sales people…I look forward to years of working with them.
