If I tell you Hyundai of Fort Myers is like family, that would be an understatement.My last 3 cars have been I really don’t even know where to start! If I tell you Hyundai of Fort Myers is like family, that would be an understatement.My last 3 cars have been from them & I always end up running right back because of the way they care and go out their way to make me happy and satisfied.This past week I went in with a family member to look around and met Diago,who was so cool and patient even with me being difficult and throwing curve xxxxx at him lol. I really didn’t go in to buy a car but it ended up being a good deal/negotiation,that I walked out with a brand new car myself. The process was smooth and quick and they made EVERYTHING happen for me.Couple days after buying the car I noticed a minor issue and brought it back and with no hesitation Diago brought it up to his manager, Aidan & the next day my car was in to be fixed(free of charge).I just appreciate them so much & can’t thank the both of them enough for making me happy! They really do care and looked out for me & will always be a loyal customer.Ask for Diago if your looking to make your next big purchase.I would not steer you wrong! More

Please don’t buy a car from this dealership. The service department is horrible. I have less than 17,000 miles on my car and the window trim is rusting. They ordered new parts for installatio The service department is horrible. I have less than 17,000 miles on my car and the window trim is rusting. They ordered new parts for installation today. My appointment was noon and as of 3:30 pm they just informed me the parts were shipped back this week. They are under staffed, no service manager, and rude to frustrated customers. They book appointments and tell you it’s at least a four hour wait. You will wait in line for appointment check in usually about 30 minutes then you are sent to the waiting room for hours without an update. This is worst car dealership I have ever dealt with. Don’t buy from these folks!!!!! More
