Scheduled service appointment was for 9:15. Upon arrival was told it would be at least 2-3 hours. Lyft service took me to a shopping mall, transport was good. When time to head back to dealersh Upon arrival was told it would be at least 2-3 hours. Lyft service took me to a shopping mall, transport was good. When time to head back to dealership Lyft service never came; 2 different attempts were made. I found an alternative to get me back to dealership. To say the least I was furious. Then to get my car back dirty, no one bothered to run it through the onsite car wash. Very poor service department. More
