Although I made a reservation for an oil change several weeks in advance, once I got to the appointment they did not have my filter in stock and had to go get one. I know you had car information so why was weeks in advance, once I got to the appointment they did not have my filter in stock and had to go get one. I know you had car information so why wasn't the filter there when I arrived? This oil change lasted 3 hours and 45 minute. For a simple oil change. Come on people, get it together. When I inquired about the timing I was given stories about the mechanic needing to clean the engine by steaming it (??) and all kinds of other fantasy excuses. Lost my faith in you guys. Never know what story I might be given and whether to believe it or not. More
