went to have my oil changed on a Sunday, had to return the following Sunday because the low engine oil warning came on........ I hope this isn't a frequent occurrence, it could be catastrophic for someon the following Sunday because the low engine oil warning came on........ Service agent said that it would take about an hour to complete service repair. 90 minutes went by and I had to go and find him to ask why it was taking so long. He then told me that he didn’t know how mu complete service repair. 90 minutes went by and I had to go and find him to ask why it was taking so long. He then told me that he didn’t know how much longer it would take so I asked for a ride home. (about 3 miles). He said he would call me when the car was ready. About 3 hours later I called to find out what was going on. I asked for my rep and all I got was his voicemail, nobody else there could help me. I needed my car for an appointment that afternoon. I got a ride to the dealership and my car was sitting there ready to go. Very poor communication with me regarding the situation with my car. More

The service area has appeared to have changed dramatically from what O’Brien Hyundaihad. It seems to be as efficient but I cannot tell until I have returned a couple more times.
